Currently, equipped weapon are still visible on the back when about to be thrown.
Would it be possible to hide the weapon on the back when it is currently held in hand to be thrown?

As you can see, the handaxe held is the same as the one being equipped (E marked on the icon), but it is duplicated on my character (on back and in hand).
