Yes, with the EA level cap at level 5, before college of valour bards get their extra attack, and
combat inspiration being bugged at level 5, college of lore feels a much more obvious pick at this stage.
Hopefully they’ll come into their own once we get more levels with the full release, though from what I can tell from my reading so far it looks like college of valour still won’t be an obvious choice without at least some RP motivation.
