I disagree with Skickpit attacking you, even if you "Murder Hobo" someone. Because he's a slave, he's not just property he's their punching bag. It would make more sense for him to, at the very least run and hide instead of helping the people he was going to poison anyway.
Agreed! I hope this is just another instance of factions/allegiances not being properly implemented yet and will be tweaked at release.
