Paladins have Divine Health.
This prevents getting diseases
But when drinking the Water from the Hags Well, they get nauseated condition after next long Rest as intendet for characters without some form of protection / resistences against it.
Moreover...
then trying to use Lesser Restoration on Paladin or all others, the Condition is not going away/healed.

Might not working as intended, did it?

Either it's not well (:p) implemented yet or it's a type of curse (which could be it since Ethel also magically triggers the buff into a debuff during the fight with her).

Did you try Remove Curse (while the debuff is active)?

My Party is currently level 4, not 5 yet and i am not aware if remove curse is then available at level 5 for caster types.
Also the Hags Well is filled with dead meat which suggests its a magically enhanced kind of potion. As the Hag is proficient as aunthie ethel in making lotions and potions its surely just a potiontype with a nasty side effect as disease condition.
