Currently, if you leave SH to die on the ship and then approach her near the temple while disguised as another race - she still sees you as someone who left her on the ship. I think this is an oversight. There should at least be an Insight passive check or something. Or at least an explanatory dialogue that she identifies you through the telepathic connection. Also, if you play as a githyanki and disguise yourself to avoid the confrontation with SH, there should be some dialogue later, when you reveal yourself.
