You could organise with Kiya, joliekiller, Morbo and others with dynamic ISP to vote around the clock in a shuffled mode that is impossible to accuse as spam, detect as spam or remove as spam; especially if country of origin is completely different. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />

I think Kiya is best for scheduling such a vote being an excellent librarian and all and because she is the true leader of this war.
