I say the same here, that I said in the BioWare Forum concerning the new Dragon Age game: I want fresh and new characters, not the old ones again. They had their stories and it was all fun and games, but always recycling the same characters makes the world seem smaller, than it is.
I really can do without Minsc and Jaheira being companions yet again ( and I do like Jaheira a lot), I'm not so keen of Bhaal being a plot element yet again and can Volo retire already?

And please don't even think of giving that abomination, that they tried to make canon as Gorions ward ( this Abdel Whatshisface) any room. That character has no right to even exist ( same with BioWares crazy white male Revan).
