On the other hand I'm curious how Larian creates a Werewolf, especially in regards to how the transformation on the Gnoll / Hyena encounter totally reminded me of a Werewolf mutation.
There is a datamined werewolf model in the game files already (actually two, I suspect Helia will have her own model). Here they are under the "Datamine" category among other models :
