Faile, the mission is accomplished already, and the offender was stimulated to spam under the monitoring.
I was afraid that the offender might be reading our posts and kept my plans as a secret to myself.
We shall not down vote any game no more.
All what we need now is to put pressure on the site management to take sever actions on finding the down-voting spam offender rather than a sissy action.
We may continue to up-vote by a shuffled method as I described before to avoid being accused of spam as well.
