What more do you need than my admitting to be the one who down-voted them from 7.32 to 7.31?

It was 7.32 with 1278 votes four hours ago; I voted them down with one vote and the total result came back as 7.31 with 1279 votes; They spam voted it up with 30 votes and it is at a high edge threshold 7.31 waiting for a vote or two to climb to 7.33.
They are the only ones going up in the last 4 hours.
