With big effort I created some custom made portraits to POE2. Please do not see spoiler this is some very nasty mod/edit the game and not big majority people do so my advice skip to read it.
I must say larger one should be 210x330 and named XX_lg Small one should be 76x96 and named XX_sm.
Well and it took some digging to find out Pillars of Eternity Data under that folder guy and under that folder portraits and under that folder player under that folder female copy there the created files.
Well so for smaller I choose only head. It is not as easy as you think out of my 5 done so far full body gets to small for my taste even for larger custom made character. I chose like face+upper body boobs naked from a photograph of real life Woman that looks like an Elite Nude model.
Well and it is a bit stressful the reason the other pictures were not so successful. It tried a couple of full body view but they get to small scaled for my taste. Other times the quality was reduced so not so good.
The one I have for my character is excellent though. Basically I have turned POE2 in my single player game for adults only with nudity (not for all women) at least for those characters I create.
