I’ll admit I’ve never tried this, but does protection from evil and good protect against the song?

I usually send one or two characters down to Mirkon to trigger the cutscene and protect him, and keep a couple of characters with decent ranged options well-separated on the cliffs opposite, then focus on breaking the concentration of any harpy that’s successfully charmed any of my party. That has always worked well enough that I’ve not needed to try anything clever in this fight but I guess there’s an element of luck.

But even if the fight could be started in stealth, that would only benefit the first round as stealth would break on attack. Unless we’re talking about trying to actually stealth cheese the fight as opposed to just get a free round of attacks in?
