So I am playing Baldur's Gate 3 as a deep gnome bard and I get to the area of the gnoll battle after completing the battle I convinced Rugan after successfully passing a history check regarding identifying the word Tarenths I convince him through passing a deception check stating and I quote "Darkhold was getting concerned I've been sent to retrieve the shipment" Rugan says and I quote "Zarys won't be happy. But, I suppose she can take it up with the Pereghost herself. Take the chest. Then he also says the passphrase at the door is the little serpent, long shadow. I'll tell my associates to expect you. So everything seems to be going great UNTIL I go and grab the chest aka the shipment and it is outlined in red meaning it is untouchable I try to grab it and Dugan says " hands off that you've my gratitude for helping with the Gnolls but that ain't yours". If I try to grab it again automatically a fight starts AKA I get attacked! But when I go to talk to Dugan again he says remember getting the chest to Baldur's Gate is yours job then we share the profits! Wtf!? I consider this a major bug because of the fact how can I take the chest if it is untouchable? Hopefully, this bug gets fixed in the final version this would be frustrating for people like myself who are so proud I conned my way into doing a peaceful negotiation through deception to acquire the chest only to find I can't grab it.
