Overall, a great experience. Would like to have a larger party, not to make fights easier, but to better allow interaction with the npcs. Magic is sufficient in game, although i was disappointed with the lack/quality of items that could be created at the adamantine forge. After all you are using mithril ore in the molds. Thought there should have been more dialogue with shadowheart in the grymforge area, especially after the multiple finds of obvious shar worshippers.

Nere was a bit weak as he was taken out by one spell from the druid(sleet storm). He just lay prone attracting all the arrows and xbow bolts i shot at him.

Liked the underdark a lot, and was pleasantly surprised with the variety of monsters in the grymforge. Between the grymforge and the underdark, i am guessing it would be enough for us to make level6 before leaving what is now the EA area, which should flesh out characters nicely.

Hope to get a list of enounter areas , if i missed one thats already created, please advise.

Thanks again

I started with EA release but spared me the Grymforge until last patch. To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I looked at maps because I had the feeling that I missed something, but seemingly not. I thought the area would be bigger. It's personal bias, but I don't like crafting and for my taste there are already much too many magical items in the game, so the promise to be able to forge something does not make me hot.

The design of the cave, buildings and statues is nice and well done and the fight around Nere is ok (I even lost it, mainly because I ingeniously managed to make the gnomes and allied duergar hostile to me; the fourth fight I lost in the game since release, it's even more embarrassing because I was already lvl 5 ...) but most of the rest of the encounters are a bit ... unimpressive. I like however the snappy chests, there should be more bad surprises like this.

I think you are using adamantine ore, not mithril wink I think one npc told me adamantine is much more better than mythril.

But you 're right the adamantine objects are disappointing. Hope we can improve them later on with crafting.

Or maybe Larian could make them +1 items and change the unappealing reeling status ?

Well, if they hadn't add 'immunity to critical hits' to mundane helmets, the Adamantine Armor could have provided that.
