I know I’ve said this on this forum before, so apologies for the repetition, but I found Windows 11 performance really poor, especially with DX11, until I disabled its inbuilt Game DVR, so that might be worth a try if you’ve not done so already and don’t actually use it.

When looking recently, I also noticed that there was a Windows KB update late last year that was meant to fix some game performance issues, so it looks like making sure you’re updating the OS regularly is worthwhile especially if using Windows 11 which seems to be notoriously worse for gaming than its predecessor.

But while I’m no hardware expert, your specs look to beat the updated minumum requirements so far published at https://store.steampowered.com/app/1086940/Baldurs_Gate_3/, though I imagine it’ll make a difference whether the game is installed on your SSD.
