Ok, let me get this right, and if wrong please correct me.
1. We are not voting at this time 2. is the only game being voted on, and that is down voting 3. Most everyone is peed off at this because the down voting seems to be malicious 4. Kiya, Rincewind and others are monitoring this and gathering data 5. This data will be sent to the moderators of the voting system 6. It takes only a few down votes to drop the rating and several good votes to raise it 7. this is free advertizing for 8. the last time the site moderators were emailed they took out some 500 or was it 5000 votes
If this is right(I'll besurprised as I only skimmed through this post and have not been here since page 27) What can I do to help?
will rock!!!!

We had between 142 and 152 downvotes, RR dropped from 6.79 to 6.32 (1728-1906 votes)
over 5100 votes were taken away.
Yes, the site has already several statistics, an interesting suggestion and the 1st downvoting report - they'll get the 2nd one today. Developer, admin and manager were informed already. But it was Sunday and we should give them a chance to have their 1st meeting, hm?
Depending on their reaction, we will proceed, I don't know how yet. DAD suggested himself in the boycott thread we should boycott a week. I'm not sure, if we have enough data by now, the weekend could have been overly busy. I do NOT believe in DAD's developer theory (personal opinion).
We have to make it clear for the site that we the FANS are wanting a voting change and not the Larians - and I believe in diplomacy in this case.
Help? As soon as we take up voting again, we need every mouse-click-finger, Goldy Kiya

[color:"yellow"]Mail sent to the developer/manager/admin of the site: Sent this mail to myself - the developer got the mail 1 1/2 hrs later than the others
Hello Tomas,
the fans of the announced Riftrunner game would like to present you the total result from from 16th Aug. 10.23 pm-18th Aug. 10.15 am. This mail includes and continues the information you already got on Sunday.
I would like to stress the point: We're fans, doing this merely out of our own initiative, because we believe in this game and would like to help making it more popular. We are not speaking in the name of the Larian Studios.
I can only give you my German time, hope you've got the same?? If not, the downvotes are monitored on the Larian Forum, maybe this could adjust your time?
16th Aug.: 10.32 pm 14 downvotes in 9 minutes (1728-1741, down from 6.79-6.74) 11.02 pm 3 in 1 1/2 minutes (1742-44, 6.73) 11.23 pm 3 in 1 1/2 minutes (1745-47, 6.72)
17th Aug.: 01.56 am 14 downvotes in 8-9 minutes (1750-63, 6.70-6.68) 05.14 am 13 in 5 minutes (1764-81, 6.62) 05.19 am 5 in 2 minutes (1782-86, 6.61) 08.35 am 13 in 8-9 minutes (1788-1800, 6.56) from 8.35 am until 6.01 pm 20-30 downvotes (1801-1837, dropped from 6.56-6.46). This was watched differently, I was sleeping, sorry. 09.51 pm 10 in 8/9 minutes (1840-1842, 6.44) 11.53 pm 11 in 6 min. (1853-63, 6.40)
18th Aug. 12.51 am 6 in 3/5 minutes (1866-1871, 6,40) 12.58 am 6 in 3/5 minutes (1872-1877, 6.38) 02.55 am 8 in 5/6 minutes (1881-1888, 6.36) 05.01 am 4 in 2 minutes (1889-1892, 6.35) 05.05 am 7 in 4 minutes (1893-1899, 6.33) 07.40 am 5 in 4 minutes (1901-1905, 6.32) 10.15 am 6 in xx minutes (1907-1912, 6.30) - I was writing the mail
In the corresponding times, the others have logged:
Prince of Persia - 23 votes, 3033 Speedball - 10 votes, 1378 Armed & Dangerous - 8 votes, 1645 Half Life 2 - 5 votes, 2093 Doom 3 - 4 votes, 3935 Duality - 7 votes, 1029 Beyond Good & Evil - 8 votes, 1449 Breed - 6 votes, 566 Strident - 11 votes, 996 [color:"yellow"]Riftrunner - 184 votes, from 1727 -1912 (from 16th Aug. 10.23 pm-18th Aug. 10.15)
Conclusion: From these 184 votes were between 148 to 158 downvotes, 6.79-6.30 (difference is due to my sleep on the 17th Aug, 20 are min. and 30 max. downvotes).
Please, help us. It was not easy to keep emotions down until now and discipline up. If you find numbers missing, they were due to members who posted their vote or votes I was unsure of being a downvote.
During my monitoring I could not detect a spam alert going off, the maximum time in 1 hour was probably lower than the alarm - and we did not fight against it.
Please, give us an answer as soon as possible. Thank you in advance. As no one is available at the moment, I'm sending the mails to the developer/admin/manager myself (I differed this per mail)
yours sincerely, Kiya

If any one votes - PLEASE say so. Something is going on there. Maybe the site has blocked up/downvoting? Kiya

This game is rated: 6,30 Total votes: 1919 [color:"yellow"]They seem to have stopped downvoting. Rate stays on 6.30, the vote amount goes up. I guess, they're investigating - please, NO shuffle voting until I have an answer from the site. Please

You know, people can also vote fair and give RRR a rating between 1 - 10, instead of just 1 or 10...

And? Do you all see the difference now? RR has a normal vote amount - they're doing something, Tovi. Just read the statistics in the mail = difference is clearly seen. Kiya
