I think many people will agree that there should be a dialog option when you play a female character to flash your boobies while talking to male character to increase his favor towards your character. This mechanic could be used without charisma and persuade skill check. Also this option would be useful to increase the amount of reward you would receive after completing some quests.

Yuck! No, I hope there would not be a large market for turning BG3 into a sub-Carry On sleazefest.

Well in this case, chances of success should be set to minimum, and if it's failure, the female npc (considering you a pervert bastard) will turn hostile and attack you

I don't think a suggesting asking for the implementation of direct and overt sexism in the game, along with the (as seemingly opined) conceptual erasure of gay and bisexual individuals, is going to go anywhere... so as long as the OP is aware of that, knock yourself out. If you just want to see your character showing off their bits, though, mods will definitely have that covered from day one, so don't worry.

The ability to flirt or proposition in order to gain advantage is perfectly legitimate, and it's not uncommon at many game tables, though equally, it's not a done thing at others. I'm all for things like that being options - but in today's video game landscape, it's got to be done fairly, and that does mean options for folks and characters of all tastes. Whether that would mean universally player-sexual or bisexual npcs, or whether that would mean a broad selection of differently preferenced NPCs with flirtation options appropriate to their particular tastes, is something that could be debated and discussed.

It's putting on an act with a bit of show, so I'm guessing it'd be abstracted into performance (Cha). Make sense that bards, and some rogues, do it best.

But it's got to be done under the right circumstances, probably with alcohol and revelry nearby. If it's in the game, I'm guessing it's in Baldur's Gate's Undercellar.

You're overcomplicating things, and the mods won't cover such flirting mechanics with harmonious integrated dialogs, voice acting, animations etc.

It’s not something I’d have thought to ask for, but I can see that if done in a non-creepy fashion flirting could be a potentially fun way to be able to deal with some situations (either when succeeding or being shot down in flames after a poor dice roll). Even more full on Mata Hari/James Bond seduction for underhand purposes, while of course problematic IRL, could be interesting. In fact, I’ll even confess to head-canoning my drow ranger from my “evil” Early Access playthrough to have slept with Minthara only to gain her trust, despite him being attracted to Astarion, so I guess I am in the market for being able to make some inappropriate use of sexuality for advantage in the game!

But personally I would need it to be done with consideration and without playing into old-fashioned stereotypes, rather than a bizarre indecent exposure mechanic that would be in equal parts disturbing, hilarious and impractical (especially for characters in full plate)!

Hmm, I think that would very much depend both on the character who was naked and the NPC who was seeing them. Personally, if I saw someone randomly wandering round nude, no matter how how fit they were, I’d be more concerned than anything else! Either that they’d been robbed, were drunk or deranged, or at the very least were chilly 🥶.

The abillity to use your cleavage or other physical features to pursuade people is already part of your charisma score and pursuasion proficiency. So simply roll a pursuasion check to see if you can get someone's favour.
