That’s how it usually ends for me as well! To the extent I can’t recall exactly how it works when it doesn’t. IIRC she’ll give you a sleep potion to drink (or perhaps sometimes she’ll cast Sleep?), and if you succumb when you wake you’ll be her prisoner.
If you’re playing a race with resistance to magical sleep effects (like an elf) then she can’t do that, so that might be your issue?
