What kind of person would -could even- go on downvoting a game out of spite or hatred? What kind of person can spend so much of his/her time just downvoting a game? And how far wil she/he go?

The monitoring of votes was meant to counter any abusive downvoting. Yes...It seems like an obsession. Please remember the efforts to keep track were meant to ensure Riftrunner would eventually gain publicity. There are some dedicated Riftrunner fans out there. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'll admit that hours have been spent on this monitoring. You can see through this effort, how much some fans are giving back to Larian Studios. It shows how much dedication and drive they have to support Riftrunner and make it popular. Look on the other side of the mirror. This won't continue long. You also have to consider that this monitoring was done during the weekends.

I also find it abhorrant that this downvoting is going on unchecked and I have been monitoring this thread, and putting in my upvote every 4 days.
