In case it wasn't said and isn't like completely obvious -> BG2. If you already played it, play it with mods. Some add 20/30 quests and new characters.
There is even one with cutscenes and an entirely new story and map centered around drizzt team + voice acting. Ok only Drizzt voice actor is ok everyone else had a shitty mic. But still!
Modding with good voice acting is about to get more common with AI.
