I assume we will stay at an inn when we reach BG.
It's not critical to me but the option to stay at different inns (for roleplay reasons perhaps for four rogues want to stay at an inn near the docks) . For noble team might want to stay at more expensive establishments.
And being able to furnish your digs and keep momentos of prior victories would be nice.
We actually need to rent out a suite, four characters, a dog, owlbear, volo, withers, oathbreaker...and will likely have more followers by act 2. How about a small keep?
