They definitely need to do something with it. The last time I horsed around with the spell it was little more than a more expensive version of Fog Cloud.
Exactly! Which is madness. They have nerfed so many other spells and synergies too.. sleet storm has no obscuration for instance. And with darkness there is obscuration even when there shouldn't be any, like when you have devil's sight.
