I made a try to vote today for the first time, after I looked this thread. I followed the link given by Kiya.
I copy paste the message I got.
«Member registration has been closed due to a server update. The registration will be back up by Monday 09/13-2003».
Today is Monday 9/15/2003
Oh god, this is BIG mistake from us. Should be next monday.
