There is a little bug in the Zhentarim Hideout: I already saved Oskar when I first visited the hideout, but on a second visit, Brem, the trader, still asked me if I wanted my portrait painted, as if the painter was still there.
Edit: this bug seems to be fixed. After a crash, the game made an update, and now the portrait dialogue part is cut, only the trade option is available 🙂
