I will be happy if on release we will be able to ready action (even if to some very limited extent) and dodge, and while doing skill checks in conversations other nearby members will be able to assist with their skills (where applicable). Im hoping to see the new reaction system to be extended to all reactions (looking at you feather fall).
I also hope we will get more ways to creatively use spells, abilities and items for exploration/survival/dialogues. I really like for example how Larian did disguise self or detect thoughts but for example mage hand feels a little too limited compared to its potential, also it would be nice to see some options for items like to use ropes for climbing.
Others mentioned better combat log which would be a great + as well in my book.
