yes a lot of extra Graphics have been added in the patches but your Ryzen chip and Gpu would take that in their stride ... imo the upgrade to 5600 & 6600 would not be worth the $ in your case unless you perhaps have a kid to pass down the old one too and i agree prices are bullshit but people buy them
