After uninstalling and reinstalling my game, I get this message: "We were unable to create a working story. Your add-on setup might be invalid. The game will continue with the setup from the save game." All characters are level 1 (supposed to be 10), though other stats are unchanged. XP is max, so won't increase anymore and I cannot level up.

However I do not use any add-ons / mods. I just follow the default story.

How do I fix it?

Hi there, these forums tend to be more focused on BG3 these days and are fairly quiet in any case. I may be wrong, but I don’t think you’re likely to get an answer from fellow players here. You could try Larian’s Discord (there’s a link to it at the bottom left of their website home page) or, if other gamers can’t help, contacting Larian support which you can also do via their website.
