In Groove i believe few npcs concider you a drow ...
Maybe some goblins, but im not really sure about it.
I know that in the past i asked for Flaming Fist guard in Waukeen's Rest to react on us, she is in grief, pissed off, and overall seems to be distracted enough to oversee small details that prooves we are not full Drow ...
But quite honestly i no longer remember if that was implemented in the end, or if the game just check for "Drow" tag, making everyone perfect biologist in Faerun.
