Some players may not know you can place a bag on the hotbar, then move your arrows into the bag.
When you want to fire them just open the bag.
Nah, that’s been my way of dealing with hotbar in D:OS2 and pre-UI revision BG3. It’s good, except for having to place every arrow there manually, and (last time I tried) you can’t sell content of the bag when shopping.
