Hi, I have this weird problem with my PS4 and I thought someone here might know how to solve it. When I insert a disc with Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition (tried two different discs with the same game and it's the same problem), the drive starts making noises for like 20 seconds and then stops and shows this "unrecognized disc" error on the screen. The game used to work in the past and it suddenly stopped, at the beginning reinstalling it/rebuilding database/restoring console factory settings would help, but not anymore. The drive can read discs with other games just fine, so it's hard to blame the laser. There is no dust inside the console. I tried every weird fix I could find online, including putting the console in vertical position, but nothing seems to work. I took my copy to the store where I bought it to get a refund, but the guy there tested it on another console and it could read the disc. He suggested it's a software problem. The copy I own is from distribution for the region where I live. It's important to me to get this thing working again, because me and my gf have already put so many hours playing it and we would like to finish it laugh I know I can just buy a digital version and keep on playing, but it frustrates me that I don't understand why this is happening. I can accept that the problem might be impossible to solve, but I'd like at least to get why it occured laugh Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.
