Obviously the problem lies in D&D having hundreds of deities, meaning that its going to be unlikely that they are all included
Lazy solution would be to add option "other" ... with suboption for Evil, Neutral and Good ...
It would get no responces, and deity-specific animations wouldnt contain any markings ... but at least people would have some kind of option to express themselves.
