Agonizing Blast should add a Warlock's charisma modifier to Eldritch Blast only.

It Currently adds to the Eldritch Blast damage, the Hex Damage, and to any incidental lightning damage.
Currently a 5th level warlock with an 20 Charisma who is concentrating on Hex and has lightning charges doing average damage does:
11 from 2x Eldritch Blast
7 from 2x Hex
2 from 2x lightning charges
and a whopping 30 from Agonizing blast.(Should only be 10)

Please fix.
