My guess is that the armored male elf is Kehteric Thorm and this Gortash is the "handsome younger man". Larian already told us that they would reveal all three before release in a blog post.

Huh, where did you get that? Thanks for sharing. So looks like Gorlash is indeed one of the three, but where’s Ketheric’s beard if the middle one is him, which I’d always assumed it would be?!
