I think, if you'd like to see same reaction as yours to every event, then buy a mirror.
The way I see it, while the trailer and general marketing strategy was not well thought out, the game is still amazing. I've spent a thousand hours in it already and can't wait for release. I appreciate the looks of Gortash as well, except for his clothing. Feels too out of place in a seemingly colorful city of Baldurs Gate, unless this is an intentional contrast.
