Question!
I mean, it seems obvious, but still ... maybe i missed something.
This dude is from Baldur's Gate ... right?
And we all presume that Baldur's Gate is part of Act II. ... right?
And Ketheric seemed like final boss of Act I. ... right?
So how are they talking? O_o
Do you think that each "chosen" will be final boss for each act?
With the absolute as Grand Finale?
I had assumed that was how it was going to work. But perhaps not! I can see pros and cons both ways.
Or perhaps that cutscene is from act 1 before we deal with Ketheric. It's not clear how our character would witness a conversation between the two of them anyway or where that conversation is taking place - are we with them or viewing through a tadpole connection or is it just a cutscene for the player that isn't from the PC's point of view at all?
It's not all that long now until we'll find out for certain
