I suspect act one is going to be MUCh bigger than we expect. Act one may include every thing we saw on the place holder map in the EA and that could include Baldurs Gate. Act two could actually take us back to the 9 hells and beyond with act three being more linear culminating the first two acts.
The current act 1 is labeled "act 1a" in the game files, and someone datamined a yet unfinished act 1b map in the game files.
