Any word on allowing us to have active party members (so no one back at camp) 'jump in' on dialogue & skillchecks?

As it stands, playing co-op with friends, we either have to go in blind and just hope the Rogue does not get a discussion better suited to our Paladin, or spoiler everything to ensure the right person gets the right dialogue.

Why can't a Rogue say 'Hey! I have a better chance of picking that lock!' or a Paladin say 'I know about this religion; Let me talk to them.' Or the Druid can say 'I know about plants; let me try identifying this bush' or 'These people are Druids; let me talk to them'.
And playing co-op is frustrating when I'm the Rogue, but my Sorcerer friend took 3 steps ahead of me and triggered a cutscene (Neither of us knew about) where I would do better than them, but I can't do squat because they triggered it.

So please; Any word on letting us 'tag in' in-party characters for dialogue/skillchecks they would be good at/have the higher modifier?
Make it an options toggle, so people can choose to play that way or not.
