I might play a druid. Perhaps they’re an initiate into the Shadow Druids. Perhaps they’re from the Emerald Grove or have visited it in the past, or have at least heard of it and Halsin. I’m a ranger, perhaps I or whoever I’m working for knows something about a spate of mass abductions or disorder caused by a new cult and I’ve been looking into it. As a cleric, my temple might have been disturbed by news of a new deity, or someone pretending to be one.
As i read trough this, it feels like a shame that nobody brought up this topic like year or two earlier ...
You know, in times where such implementation would be much easier > and therefore much more probable.

I feel like I probably did. At least I get the sense that I keep saying the same things over and over again here, and probably other forum members get that sense too

As a rogue (or criminal), I might be attached to the Baldur’s Gate thieves guild, the Shadow Thieves or even the Zhentarim in a junior capacity, or be an independent operator potentially with knowledge of people in these factions.
This i dont like tho ...
Rogues are my main reason why i hate class stereotypes, so many people see them as just Thieves, Spies, or Assassins ... but that is not what Rogue is. :-/
Oh, I agree rogues can come in all sorts of flavours and I think of these as just a few example options for various classes/backgrounds rather than anything we should be forced into. My deep gnome rogue, for example, who is still my current profile picture, wasn't a criminal just extremely sneaky and nosy. She'd open any container or door but only to see what was there, and would never steal from anyone else ... unless it was something she really, really wanted
