Apple not releasing M3 macs in time for the game
It just reminded me of the bowl of goat's milk that old Winthrop used to put outside his door every evening for the dust demons. He said the dust demons could never resist goat's milk, and that they would always drink themselves into a stupor and then be too tired to enter his room..

My biggest fear is puzzles. I'm not a big fan of solving riddles, the last divinity especially upset me. I spent a lot of time solving the lever puzzle in Lucian's tomb. I was furious and went to look for a guide on the Internet. Due to the fact that I prefer to play in my native language, I could not solve it myself. Logicalization does not always translate into the correct meaning. This is very upsetting. It's funny, when it comes to programming or other computer activities, I love the puzzle solving aspect of delving into what makes something work and trial and error, seeing what a small change did, etc, but with video game puzzles, I have zero patience, and get frustrated very quickly. I try once and then if it looks stupid, I just look up the guide. Funny how people's minds can put up with something in one setting but in another it's completely the opposite.

I enjoy riddles but not puzzles; I like words, I don't like math.
It's not that I can't do math but math is work, not play.
In BG2 I liked the statue of ages - the one that gave you the regeneration ring. Obviously takes not as fun the second time but I liked those riddles. And I like the original riddle of the sphinx. Thinking about a word, it's history, the multiple meanings of a word and how context changes meaning is lots of fun.
Programmers tend to like math so we tend to get number puzzles in cRPGs 🤷‍♀️

As far as i know the only puzzle in EA is the one in Goblin camp? And that can be bypassed by discovering a lock just little to the side and unlocking the doors by that. So, if Larian keep this style and allow us another way over puzzle ... i doubt they can really bother anyone.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!

1. That EA is about half the size of the entire game.
2. The end of the story is bland and under whelming.
3. Monks are going to suck , because there a fast action bruce lee style fighter and we get turn based action , which will be lame. ( with that said I have hundreds of hours in game already and I have came around to the turn based... a bit. Monks though...
4. lastly the world is going to fall into ww3 and no one is going to be able to play because satellites and and internet are going down.
-Doom

Alt+ left click in the inventory on an item while the camp stash is opened transfers the item there. Make it a reality.

-Doom question 1 is definitely not the case as EA is half the size of the actual Act 1.

I agree the Enigma Mysteries were terrible. They frankly went too far with platforms. But it was optional, you could finish the game without this quest. Divinity OS and Divinity OS 2 you couldn't finish the game without completing this puzzle. At the same time, the labyrinth in the hollow marshes of the first act was done well, you had options how to get through it.

I think the problem is that the game makes a sharp transition, it's like if Croteam inserted a puzzle from The Talos Principle into Serious Sam, it feels like you stumbled and fell.

Divinity OS and Divinity OS 2 you couldn't finish the game without completing this puzzle. That does sound frustrating if the puzzle wasn’t well designed. I only whinged about WotR because I’ve only recently played it. I’m perfectly willing to believe D:OS and D:OS2 are worse, but I can’t recall D:OS as I played it years ago and have never got beyond the start of act 2 of D:OS2 and don’t recall act 1 anyway so am not able to use those for comparison. As mentioned, for BG3 there’s no puzzle yet that you need to solve to progress, as there is only one moving parts puzzle and there are various ways around it (finding the lever as mentioned, or just getting to the other side of the door it opens by one of the available alternative routes). But it sounds as though the same was true for an early D:OS2? puzzle and therefore that doesn’t give us too much ground for complacency.
"You may call it 'nonsense' if you like, but I've heard nonsense, compared with which that would be as sensible as a dictionary!"

All should be found in Chubblot youtube channel. huge spoiler so check it out with caution if you don't wanna know too much about it.

-Doom question 1 is definitely not the case as EA is half the size of the actual Act 1. Ive been following this game since day one, (not saying I might have missed something , can you link where that may have been suggested?) Well, we already know that 1 is mathematically unlikely as well as logically unlikely. Larian already said the Chapter 2 is the largest in the game in regards to my former statement, and in regards to the latter, they also told us we haven't seen everything in chapter 1 and that there will be plenty of surprises even for people who played the EA a ton. 2 is always possible. Landing endings, especially of complex narratives, is always difficult. 3, you never know, monks aren't all that great in the TT atm, but supposedly WoTC agrees and intends on reworking them, so maybe they fed some of that work to Larian in secret. Let's not forgot that Larian has already made some subtle changes to classes for the game to make them better, like with ranger and especially ranger companions. I'd expect the same for monk. Let's not forgot that they're not simply quick bruce lee fighters any more either. With the way they can use 'monk weapons' now without real penalties, and with additional official flavoring of weapon types (like short swords), you could also play the ninja. Though it's resourced starved to all hell, you could also play avatar the last airbender char with way of the 4 elements. I don't think it's a coincidence they saved it for last because it probably needed quite a bit of touch ups or perhaps new tech not yet in the game at the time.

Initially, Larian planned a 100 hours + game Recently, they said the game was finally "much, much bigger" than what was planned. Larian estimate the duration of the EA to be 25-35 hours, " a glimmer of the full experience to come"
We know that : Act 1 = Early Access (a new version of it, "a whole new experience") + a looot of stuff Act 2 = the largest (including Baldur's Gate City : According to Swen, the city will represent a good chunk of Act 2 = we now know the city is huge and that there is more into act 2 than the city itself = Act 2 is really huge) Act 3 = shorter than act 2, the rest we do not know, even if we may suppose planar stuff
So, if according to Larian, EA is 25-35 hours, I let you imagine the size of this game...

I never really payed much attention to post or youtube links that say "datamine" As I believe that datamine doesnt always mean it will be in game.. with that said im not a techy guy so... Also I was lead to believe that EA was act 1 in its entirety. Oh well looking forward to the story. I just had to play with the Doom alter ego and put in my two cents :)~
