5. Mage Hand should be able to open chests and pull levers, and probably also be able to poke at traps which are detected. It should not be able to shove or attack.
6. Stealthed characters within range get added to initiative when combat starts. No more real-time movement of party members while everyone else is paused for turn-based.
7. Upon combat starting, enemies get 360 degree vision - in order to even attempt to hide, you actually need to break line of sight.
