You could read through the Patch Notes:

Mostly no, except the three NPC Fishermen near the buried Illithid in the beginning have been removed. Mostly no other changes except paladin, the Oathbreaker System (which adds an NPC) and Level 5.

Over the patches, not much has changed in regards to the map itself. Other than lighting, color, texture, etc.

As Blackheifer has mentioned, the three fisherfolk were taken out in Patch nine.

In an earlier patch, the Grymforge area was added. I think that was patch 5 maybe?

Treasure locations have been changed slightly from patch to patch for some items.

Worth noting prior to EA release Larian published a gameplay reveal of part of the game.
Compared to that trailer ACT 1 was changed quite a lot( in regard to how things are placed on the map) so I kinda expect some shifts in positioning of the grove vs goblin camp etc to happen again as they said EA players will still get to discover a " fresh" ACT 1 on release.

Alt+ left click in the inventory on an item while the camp stash is opened transfers the item there. Make it a reality.

Interesting. I feel like I'll be spending a lot of time in Act 1 just discovering everything they put in there, especially if it's rearranged. As it is it's so easy to miss a lot.

Swen also said in an interview that they intentionally removed stuff from EA, so yeah, I suspect the final Act 1 to be a decent beat different from what it is now. As for changes, Larian specifically said even players who played EA a ton will have surprises in store for them, but I guess we'll have to see what that means in a few months.
