All daggers in the game has 2 properties - Finesse and Thrown.
In melee attack the game use maximum of two modifiers - Strength and Dexterity
because of Finesse property of dagger. But in ranged attack the game
use Strength modifier in attack roll and Dexterity modifier in damage roll.
This is against the rules of D&D. Is that issue or normal?
And why silence effect of Sussur dagger works in melee attack and don't work in ranged?
