As always Drath, you have a way with words. Seeing your intelligently thought-out posts is always a treat. I fully agree with your point here. Sure, Larian is under no obligation to share information and plans with us, but it is a longstanding issue that they have done a terrible job at fostering a healthy community with healthy interaction and this is another example of that. They've been doing better lately I think, but clearly they have a way to go. Plus it's bad for them on a marketting level. vven in the past week on Reddit, I've seen a post where people ask about if the game has party locking like DOS2, and that that would be either a dealbreaker or at least a significant mark against the game for them, and people are still quoting the original version of the FAQ as the answer. I'd say for that reason and that reason alone Larian should have said if they were changing the plan on that front. And if they're not changing the plan and they simply didn't want people to think about the party lock, then it's failed on that front too.
