The lightning does extra damage against characters who are wet or standing in water, right?
Maybe Larian got a fun idea for an electrocution animation or places filled with puddles where it would be fun to throw lightning around.
I'm kind of sad there's no death or grave clerics, but oh well.
I'm thinking of creating a Druergar Ranger Gloom Stalker. Seems like it might be fun.
