I would have thought that from a logical standpoint Kagha would have been the better option. Halsin should be OP compared to the party level plus he has a druid grove and other responsibilities. Kagha is about the same level as the party and is looking for ways to redeem herself.

I think Nettie would have been a better choice than Khaga, since Khaga is more likely to just be evil.
