Yes, and one assumed both are available only through good path. Not ideal, as it seems we won't cover all classes anyway - only increases my suspision that Helsin and Minthara are feedback driven additions.
It's even worse than this, because the other two "good" companions would be a ranger and a barbarian. So we'll have huge amounts of overlap across all four whereby making a decently viable party with just them will not be possible.
As I expected, as the final details of the game are revealed, my disappointments with the game are being confirmed one by one. The difficulty settings announcement was also a huge disappointment. Same with the level cap because that's going to make multiclassing not worth it.
