I like those, however eating 15 pig heads per rest is kinda immersion breaking and the suggestion could require a lot of tweaks to camp supply values.
I don't know, after several levels of adventuring Laezel can eat a lot
and 15 pig heads is likely a light snack for a Dragonborn Barbarian.
(And don't get me started on Gale's strange gastrointestinal urges
