I suspect you are right about Helia (halfling female, bard?), but if it's a completely new character, my first guess is a dragonborn storm sorcerer, since it would make sense to keep them under wraps until their stuff is implemented, and it would explain why they choose storm, not a particularly popular option, for sorcerer.
