Nope.
There is no such thing.
But you dont really need it.
Many people wants it, mostly bcs its just something they are used to have, but thats all.
If you need to run off sudently > simply start turn based, the game will freeze ...
Other than that? Noting happens without your action in this game ... and if it does there is nothing you can do about it, until your turn starts, or you get a reaction ... and thats once again where whole world is waiting for you.
The only let down (last time i checked at least) is that not whole world in actualy frozen when you start turn based mode ... and things with duration (often even spells, but mainly AoE effects like fire) keep going and dissapears after certain amount of real time, rather than certain amount of turns ...
I reported this repeatedly, so far i have seen no progress on the issue. :-/
