In his defense, that was in the last community update. So no datamining required.

Minthara's not an origin character either. And she has a tadpole.

fun fact she doesn't. she doesn't drop one when she's killed. and you can't target her with the warlock tadpole spell. it simply says "The target must have a tadpole to teleport to".

Another question I'd like to se answered is if the game will have Steam Workshop support.

I would gladly NOT use Nexus if I can help it.

Party control in Baldur's Gate 3 is a complete mess that begs to be addressed. SAY NO TO THE TOILET CHAIN

Yeah that would be nice. Much less hassle to get everything up and running properly through the workshop.

Steam Workshop support doesn't translate into the mods available on SW being equal to the mods to the mods available on Nexus, either in quality or quantity.

Sorry I’ve not been around much today folks. I’m disappointed I’ve not even had chance to catch up properly with Blood in Baldur’s Gate.

I have been travelling … to Ghent grin

I’ll not be around tomorrow or Saturday much either so I’d really appreciate it if you could all self-moderate. And, in return, once I get home on Saturday evening I’ll tell you as much as I can about my trip. Not that I’ll necessarily find out more than we’ll all get at the PFH anyway, but you can be sure I’ll be bearing the questions we have here in mind!

Larian supporting Steam Workshop doesn't mean there will be any decent mods on there.

And regarding the questions: I have so many right now, concerning the not yet announced origin character 😂

I mean, yeah... That would be up to the individual modders.
But Larian NOT supporting it would make pretty damn sure that there wouldn't be any mod at all.

Not long to go now, folks! Looking forward to chatting with you about what we learn. I’ll catch up with you all tomorrow afternoon/evening.

Steam workshop gives you less mod control.

It is a nice easy button but honestly the BG3 mod manager is just download, drop in, drag over, and adjust the order if you need to.

Well, I don't give a shit.
I still prefer a comfortable one-click install and automatic auto-updates.

I already dealt with the BG3 mod manager and with the Nexus client in EA. I would gladly do without both if I can help it.
